Students must be admitted to the university before a financial award package will be assembled.
The Office of Financial Aid will begin mailing financial award letters during the week of March 1 to admitted students for Fall 2014 who have filed the 14-15 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If admitted students have not completed the FAFSA, Oglethorpe cannot award need-based financial assistance.
Current students who wish to renew their financial aid package for the 2014-15 academic year must also complete the 14-15 FAFSA. Award notification will begin for continuing students shortly after commencement in May..
