Master Promissory Note
All new students who plan to borrow through the Federal Stafford Loan program must sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN) in addition to completing Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling (click here for more info). On this page you will find instructions for completing your MPN online.
Before you begin, make sure that you have handy access to your Dept. of Education PIN and the names and addresses of two personal references.
When the page opens, you will see a list of our four most popluar lenders. Click on the name of your lender and follow all instructions to apply for a Stafford loan and to complete your MPN.
