Mr. Shillito joined the Oglethorpe faculty as an instructor in 2020. He has been teaching mathematics since 2009, having previously worked as a lead tutor at a tutoring center, a teacher at a private high school, and an instructor for the Georgia Governor’s Honors Program (GHP). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Mathematics at Georgia State University.
Areas of Research and Interest:
Combinatorial game theory, abstract algebra, projective geometry, non-standard analysis, history of mathematics, collegiate mathematics education
