Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of four large public companies, Treasurer of two Fortune 500 companies, and the principal financial officer and Controller of a private construction company. He started his career by working on both the audit and consulting staffs of Deloitte and he is a CPA. He has taken two companies public through the IPO process and has completed over $5 billion in capital market transactions. He has had hands-on responsibility for the accounting, IT, tax, finance, and operations areas for large and small companies. He has also had responsibility for Strategic Planning at two Fortune 500 companies and at other companies. Educationally, Mr. Casey possesses a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Michigan. He also has a Masters degree in Taxation from DePaul University.
