Felicia Thomas is the Associate Director of Stewardship and Events at Oglethorpe University, where she leads donor recognition and engagement initiatives that celebrate philanthropy and strengthen relationships. With more than 20 years in higher education and seven years in advancement, she specializes in board relations, strategic planning, and event management. Previously, as Board Liaison for the Georgia State University Foundation, she enhanced trustee recruitment through data-driven tools and curated high-level donor experiences. Her leadership strengthened trustee engagement and advanced a more strategic, transparent governance structure.
Felicia is an active member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB).
