Ivy Nganga ’25 joined Rose Scott on the “Closer Look” radio program on the WABE 90.5 FM public radio show as a part of the annual series of interviews with graduates of Atlanta’s colleges.

Nganga, an honors graduate with a degree in economics, shared her reflections on the college experience, including academic milestones, personal growth and meaningful involvement on campus. As she prepares for life after graduation, Ivy discussed how her time at Oglethorpe shaped her goals and prepared her to navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead.
“I took one economics course at my campus, and I loved it more (than business),” Nganga said during the live interview. “I knew I had to make the switch. It was the first time something just clicked for me.”
