According to PayScale, a firm that offers data-driven insights on employee compensation, Oglethorpe graduates outperform their peers in early career pay, or median salary with 0-5 years experience.

Oglethorpe also performed extremely well in the category evaluating alumni with “high meaning” jobs—or doing work that makes the world a better place.

In Georgia, Stormy Petrels’ post-grad salaries were above alumni from Georgia State University, Georgia Southern University, Berry College and Agnes Scott College and others.

Among its Southern Athletic Association rivals, Oglethorpe’s early career pay ranked no. 1, edging out Rhodes College, Sewanee University of the South, Centre College and many more.
