How to Apply
Early Action
The Early Action application is completely free, allows students to receive their admission decision before the holiday season, and become eligible for full-tuition scholarships! The deadline for Early Action is December 1.
Regular Decision
Oglethorpe offers rolling admission, and applications are accepted throughout the year. Decisions are released on an ongoing basis. The Regular Decision deadline is July 1.

Flagship50
For qualified students, we will match the in-state flagship tuition for all 50 states, including District of Columbia and U.S. Territories. Students can LITERALLY get a private school education at a state school price. Learn more about Flagship 50 details and eligibility.
Merit Scholarships
All admitted students are automatically considered for merit scholarships starting at $18,000 per year, and we provide a $500 grant each year that students complete the FAFSA. Learn more about Oglethorpe’s efforts to make a private college education even more accessible.

Need-Based Aid for non-FAFSA filers
Oglethorpe offers institutional need-based aid to all students, and has a separate Internal Student Financial Aid Application for DACA recipients, international students, and others who are not eligible to receive aid off the FAFSA.
