Institutional Research and Effectiveness

Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE) supports policy development, strategic planning, decision making, and institutional assessment through collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and providing data and intelligence about the university along with ensuring compliance with state, federal and other external reporting requirements. As the official source of institutional information, IRE is guided by official reporting protocols and best practices in the field.

In support of this mission, IRE:

  • Provides data for the institution’s accountability and compliance with accrediting agencies and government entities
  • Collects, analyzes, and provides campus administrators with appropriate data and information
  • Coordinates planning, budgeting, evaluation, and course evaluation processes
  • Responds to data requests and surveys
