Readmission to Oglethorpe
If you have not enrolled in classes for three consecutive semesters, you’ll need to apply for readmission to Oglethorpe University.
- Students who were not in academic good standing in their last semester enrolled at Oglethorpe University require the approval of the Provost for readmission.
- Students who were not in conduct good standing in their last semester enrolled at Oglethorpe University require the approval of the Dean of Students for readmission.
- Students must be in financial good standing before readmission will be considered.
- All administrative holds must be cleared before readmission will be considered.
The university may require additional supporting documentation relating to the student’s likelihood for success at Oglethorpe, and may place certain restrictions and conditions on any such readmission.
All students who are readmitted to the university are governed by graduation and other academic requirements at the time of readmission. Any exceptions are granted at the discretion of the Provost.
